Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to discuss travel plans, preferences, schedules and budgets.
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, packages, transport and attractions.
• Recommend travel options that match client interests and budget.
• Coordinate reservations, itineraries and services through booking platforms.
• Prepare and distribute confirmations, itineraries and travel documents
• Assist with cancellations, modifications and special travel arrangements
• Review bookings to ensure accuracy before departure
• Provide updates and ongoing support during planning process
• Maintain organized client files and communication history
• Collaborate with travel partners for high-quality solutions
• Engage in supplier training and destination education
