Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn client inquiries into booked itineraries, designing custom trips from start to finish. You will pair destination knowledge with a consultative sales approach to create memorable experiences, whether solo, group, destination wedding, or family travel.

You will thrive by building strong client relationships, managing quotes and bookings, and delivering exceptional care across the planning cycle.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills; comfortable guiding conversations to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.
• Fast learner with new tools such as CRMs, booking engines, and analytics dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and close the sale.
• Resolve questions promptly (payments, changes, upgrades, add-ons).
• Share insider knowledge and timely deals to add value to each trip.
• Maintain end-to-end client support from pre-trip planning to post-trip follow-up.
