Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to design custom trips and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations. You will use destination expertise and a consultative approach to guide clients from initial questions to final bookings for solo, group, weddings, or family travels.

Strong communication, multi‑quote handling, and quick learning of CRMs and booking tools are essential. This role is fully remote, with coaching on products and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, and packages.
• Uncover client needs, present tailored options, and close sales.
• Address questions about payments, changes, and add-ons promptly.
• Provide insider travel knowledge and timely deals to clients.
• Support clients from pre-trip planning through post-trip follow-up.
