Job summary

Elite Escapes seeks a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to design custom trips and convert inquiries into confirmed itineraries. You will guide clients from initial questions to final reservations for solo trips, group getaways, weddings, or family travels.

You’ll craft flights, stays, tours, and packages while leveraging CRM tools and booking engines. Training is provided, with support from a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills with ability to guide clients to a decision.
• Experience selling travel or similar services is advantageous.
• Comfort with juggling quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, and packages.
• Engage clients, present options, and close sales with a consultative approach.
• Handle questions on payments, changes, and add-ons promptly and professionally.
• Share insider tips and timely deals to enhance each trip experience.
• Support clients from pre-trip planning through post-trip follow-up.
