Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to guide clients to a decision.

• Fast learner with new tools and systems.
• Sales or hospitality background is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, and cruises.
• Uncover client needs and close the sale with tailored options.
• Resolve questions on payments, changes, upgrades promptly.
• Provide insider knowledge to enhance trips.
• Support clients from planning to post-trip follow-up.
