Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries, pairing destination knowledge with a consultative sales approach. You’ll design custom trips from inquiry to confirmed reservation for solo trips, groups, weddings, or family travel.

You’ll craft personalized plans, present tailored options, close the sale, coordinate payments, and provide on-trip support. Training is provided within a collaborative, growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to guide clients to a purchase decision with a consultative approach.
• Experience juggling quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.
• Familiarity with CRMs, booking engines, and analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover ideal trips and close the sale.
• Resolve questions about payments, dates, upgrades, and add-ons.
• Share insider travel knowledge and timely deals to enhance trips.
• Maintain client relationships from pre-trip to post-trip follow-up.
