Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to convert travel dreams into booked itineraries. You will design custom trips and guide clients from initial inquiry to confirmed reservation, whether solo, group, destination wedding, or family travel.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around client budgets and preferences.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip and close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly (payments, changes, upgrades).
• Share insider knowledge on gems, spots, experiences and deals.
• Manage end-to-end client journey: pre-trip planning, payments, on-trip support, post-trip follow-up.
