Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner who blends destination expertise with a client-first sales approach. You will design custom trips, guide clients from initial questions to confirmed reservations, and craft itineraries that fit budgets and preferences.

You'll stay with clients from planning through post-trip follow-up, delivering personalized experiences with insider insights and timely deals. Training is provided; you can work fully remotely either part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills to guide clients.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and itineraries without errors.
• Comfort with CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards and collaboration tools.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours and packages.
• Engage clients to uncover needs, present options, and close sales.
• Handle questions on payments, changes, upgrades and add-ons promptly.
• Share insider knowledge on destinations and deals to enhance value.
• Support clients from pre-trip planning to post-trip follow-up.
