Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn travel ideas into booked itineraries. You will design custom trips and guide clients from the initial inquiry to a confirmed reservation, whether solo, group, wedding, or family travel.

This fully remote role offers onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a collaborative team culture. A passion for travel and strong communication help you excel in turning conversations into memorable journeys.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills with ability to guide clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.
• Quick learner of new tools including CRMs, booking engines, and dashboards.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus; training provided.
• Genuine enthusiasm for travel and helping others plan memorable trips.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, and packages.
• Connect with clients, uncover preferences, present options, and close the sale.
• Handle questions about payments, changes, and add-ons promptly.
• Share insider knowledge on destinations and deals to enhance value.
• Support clients from planning through post-trip follow-up.
