Qualifications

• Provides attentive customer support via email, phone, and chat.
• Plans and organizes travel details with accuracy.
• Researches destinations, resorts, cruises, and transport options.
• Learns supplier processes and uses booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's vacation expectations, budget, and preferred travel dates.
• Locate appropriate destinations, accommodations, and leisure experiences.
• Gather information on resorts, cruises, vacation packages, tours, and transportation.
• Assess available packages and identify options suited to client requests.
• Present vacation choices and explain relevant services and amenities.
• Review booking conditions, payment requirements, and package details.
• Help finalize selected arrangements using approved supplier technology.
• Double-check passenger information and reservation confirmations.
• Keep client files, itinerary details, and booking documents organized.
• Monitor upcoming deadlines and outstanding reservation requirements.
• Maintain communication regarding booking updates and client questions.
• Assist with standard itinerary adjustments and departure-related information.
