Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and determine individual vacation requirements.
• Gather information about travel dates, budgets, destinations, and special preferences.
• Identify suitable accommodations, cruise sailings, and vacation experiences.
• Research transportation, sightseeing tours, excursions, and additional services.
• Compare supplier availability, pricing, and package features.
• Present relevant vacation options and answer questions about available services.
• Explain booking guidelines, payment policies, and reservation conditions.
• Assist with arranging selected services through approved supplier systems.
• Verify passenger information and review reservation confirmations.
• Maintain accurate client files, booking documents, and itinerary records.
• Monitor payment schedules, deadlines, and outstanding reservation details.
• Provide follow-up support with routine changes and pre-departure questions
