• Remote-capable with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Understand client trip requirements and priorities.
• Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and tours.
• Identify options that fit requested dates, interests, and budgets.
• Assist clients in reviewing and selecting arrangements.
• Coordinate services through supplier systems.
• Organize reservation confirmations and essential trip details.
• Verify traveler details, dates, and services.
• Track deposits, final payments, and deadlines.
• Follow up on pending client decisions and required information.
• Provide updates as arrangements progress.
• Assist with routine changes, questions, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for each client.
