Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and gather necessary trip information.
• Search for vacation services based on requested dates, destinations, and budgets.
• Compare accommodations, cruises, packages, transportation, tours, and activities.
• Share suitable options and answer general planning questions.
• Assist with securing client selections through approved booking platforms.
• Review names, dates, pricing, and reservation information for accuracy.
• Prepare and organize confirmations and essential booking details.
• Keep track of deposits, final payments, and required deadlines.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending information or decisions.
• Provide reservation updates and pre-departure information.
• Assist with routine modifications and service requests.
• Maintain complete and organized booking records.
• Stay informed about supplier procedures, promotions, and available vacation products.
