• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other services.
• Provide clear information on reservation details, options, and promotions.
• Process and organize arrangements through supplier resources.
• Review confirmations and itinerary information for accuracy.
• Keep clients informed about important trip details and updates.
• Respond to planning questions and assist with routine reservations.
