• Assist clients with coordinating services through approved supplier resources.
• Prepare and organize reservation confirmations and trip information.
• Review traveler details for accuracy.
• Monitor payment schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain communication with clients before departure.
• Respond to routine questions and assist with updates.
• Maintain accurate client and booking records.
