Job summary

International SOS is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for remote USA work. You will handle inbound requests via phone, email, and chat, delivering polished, timely support on lifestyle services, travel coordination, dining, events, and loyalty benefits.

We value hospitality, travel know-how, strong communication, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail. A high school diploma and 2+ years of experience are required; multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of interactive customer service experience
• Experience in call center or high-volume service environments preferred
• Hospitality, travel or loyalty program experience is highly valued
• Personal global travel experience is an asset
• Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely support for inquiries and service requests
• Assist customers with travel-related or lifestyle loyalty program needs
• Document interactions and manage cases in company systems
• Maintain quality standards while meeting service and performance metrics
