Job summary

International SOS is seeking remote, full-time Customer Service Representatives in the U.S. to handle inbound requests via phone, email, and chat.

You will deliver polished support for lifestyle services, travel coordination, dining, events, and loyalty benefits while representing premium brands. The role emphasizes high-quality interactions, multi-system multitasking, and adherence to performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience
• Call center or high-volume service experience preferred
• Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience valued
• Personal global travel experience is an asset
• Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.) is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely support for customer inquiries and service requests
• Assist customers with travel-related or lifestyle loyalty program needs
• Document interactions and manage cases using company systems
• Maintain quality standards while meeting service and performance metrics
