International SOS is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support Aspire Lifestyles programs for USA clients. The role requires handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, accurate support, and coordinating travel- and loyalty-related services from home.

You will document interactions, manage cases, and uphold quality standards while meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and requests.
• Call center or high-volume service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support for customer inquiries and service requests.
• Assist customers with travel-related or lifestyle loyalty program needs.
