Job summary

International SOS is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives in the United States to support global client programs from a home office. You will respond to inbound requests via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, accurate information on lifestyle services, travel coordination, dining, events, and loyalty benefits.

You will document interactions, maintain service levels, and collaborate with a fast-paced team in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience.
• Call center or high-volume service experience preferred.
• Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued.
• Personal international travel experience is an asset.
• Experience with GDS is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support for customer inquiries and service requests.
• Assist customers with travel-related or lifestyle loyalty program needs.
• Document interactions and manage cases using company systems.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting service and performance metrics.
