Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Experience Coordinator. This role focuses on researching vacation options, coordinating requested services, and keeping clients informed throughout the planning process.

No prior travel-industry experience is required. We provide training, ongoing education, and a supportive virtual team to help you grow your skills in destination research, supplier relations, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Gather information about client preferences, desired destinations, dates, budgets, and vacation priorities to better understand their needs.
• Research and present suitable options for resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, activities, and other vacation services.
• Coordinate requested arrangements through approved supplier resources and organize confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information.
• Keep clients informed throughout the process by answering questions, providing updates, tracking pending items, and assisting with routine modifications.
• Review information for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and participate in continued destination and supplier education.
