Ideal candidates have strong written and verbal communication, enjoy helping people, and can research options online. You will maintain client communications, manage itineraries, and ensure accurate reservation details across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand vacation goals, destinations, dates, interests, and budget.
• Provide information on resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages.
• Coordinate requested services and keep confirmations, itineraries, and reservation details organized.
• Maintain ongoing client communication, provide updates, answer questions, and assist with routine changes or special requests.
• Review reservation details for accuracy and maintain records of client interactions.
