Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You’ll combine destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach, designing custom trips for solo travelers, groups, destination weddings, or family getaways.

From the initial what-if questions to final reservations, you’ll craft plans, present options, and close sales while coordinating payments and providing on-trip support.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and itineraries simultaneously.
• Fast learner with CRM, booking engines, and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages based on client budget and preferences.
• Engage clients to uncover needs, present options, and close the sale with confidence.
• Resolve questions promptly regarding payments, date changes, upgrades, and add-ons.
• Share insider knowledge: gems, photo spots, local experiences, timely deals.
• Manage end-to-end contact: pre-trip planning, payments, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-up.
