Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design custom itineraries and guide clients from inquiry to confirmed reservation. You will pair destination expertise with a consultative sales approach, crafting trips for solo travelers, groups, weddings, or family getaways.

You will build personalized plans, present tailored options, and close sales while delivering exceptional client service from start to finish.

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
Fast learner with new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, collaboration platforms.
Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but training is provided.
Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsibilities

Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
