Job summary

Elite Escapes seeks a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You’ll design custom trips, guide clients from their first what-if to a confirmed reservation, and close sales with a consultative, client-first approach.

This fully remote role offers either part-time or full-time hours, with comprehensive onboarding, ongoing coaching on products and suppliers, and a collaborative team culture that supports growth and specialization.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to juggle quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning, payments, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups.
