Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills; able to lead conversations, handle objections, and guide clients to a decision.
• Able to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with new tools—CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly (payments, date changes, add-ons).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, photo spots, local experiences, timely deals.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning, payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups.
