Elite Escapes seeks a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn client dreams into booked itineraries. You’ll design custom trips, guide clients from initial questions to confirmed reservations, and close sales with a consultative, client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings.
• Fast learner with CRM and booking tools.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality or travel is a bonus.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around client budgets and preferences.
• Connect with clients to uncover ideal trips, present options, and close sales.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly (payments, changes, add-ons).
• Share insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, deals.
• Stay with clients from start to finish: pre-trip planning, payments, on-trip support, post-trip follow-ups.
