Qualifications

• Comfortable researching destinations and evaluating options.
• Detail-oriented when handling client information.
• Able to manage responsibilities independently.
• Familiarity with computers, email, and internet-based applications.
• Willingness to learn travel reservation systems.
• Dependable internet connection and compatible device.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other qualifying regions.

Responsabilités

• Connect with clients to discuss travel interests, budgets, and scheduling needs
• Identify suitable vacation destinations and experiences
• Investigate resort stays, cruise itineraries, accommodations, flights, and activities
• Compare travel packages and outline available choices
• Share information about pricing, amenities, and reservation policies
• Assist with securing selected services through approved booking platforms
• Verify reservation details and traveler information for accuracy
• Organize confirmations, itineraries, and client records
• Monitor booking requirements and upcoming payment deadlines
• Answer general travel questions and provide timely updates
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding details and trip preparations
• Stay knowledgeable about supplier promotions and destination offerings
