As a Remote Leisure Advisor, you will help clients navigate the vacation-planning process, research options, and assist with arrangements across international destinations while enjoying flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Discuss vacation goals, destinations, schedules and budgets with clients.
• Research leisure experiences based on client interests and requests.
• Evaluate accommodations, cruises, packages, tours, activities, and transport.
• Provide clients with relevant choices to aid decision-making.
• Explain features, inclusions and general reservation requirements.
• Process selected arrangements through supplier platforms.
• Review reservation details and traveler information for accuracy.
• Prepare and organize confirmations and essential trip information.
• Monitor reservation requirements, payment schedules and dates.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates and planning needs.
• Provide pre-departure assistance and answer general questions.
• Assist with standard changes or service requests when needed.
• Maintain organized client and reservation records.
• Continue building knowledge of destinations, suppliers and leisure products.
