Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization; able to manage multiple requests.
• Proficient with basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Willingness to complete required training.
• Previous customer service or reservations experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, text, or online chat.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
