Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company that designs destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways worldwide.

We seek Client Journey Consultants to understand client needs, research vacation possibilities, and coordinate personalized travel arrangements. Fully remote with flexible scheduling and commission-based earnings, no hourly wage guaranteed.

• Comfortable researching information and comparing available choices.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools.
• Reliable internet access and compatible computer or device.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other qualifying regions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to discuss upcoming vacation plans and expectations.
• Gather destination preferences, travel dates, budgets, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.
• Identify transportation, excursions, tours, and additional travel services.
• Compare supplier options, promotions, and package features.
• Develop vacation recommendations based on individual client priorities.
• Explain accommodation details, inclusions, and reservation policies.
• Coordinate approved bookings through authorized supplier platforms.
• Verify traveler information and review booking confirmations.
• Maintain accurate itineraries, client records, and reservation documents.
• Track payment deadlines and communicate important travel updates.
• Provide follow-up assistance before departure and with routine booking changes.
