Job summary

Grand Circle Travel is seeking a Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent to support travelers with their itineraries and reservations. The role involves handling high volumes of inbound calls, updating traveler information, processing payments, and providing detailed product and policy guidance from a remote location.

The position requires at least 2 years in a call center, 1+ year remote work experience, and a hardwired internet connection.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
1+ years of experience working remotely (Preference to those who started remotely).
Must have hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi).

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls to assist customers with managing their reservation.
Update Traveler contact information, modify reservations, process payments, manage airline tickets, and reset online access.
Follow up on customer requests through emails and outbound calls.
Communicate comprehensive information about products and policies to travelers.
Document all customer interactions and call notes in assigned programs.
Work across multiple platforms (5-7 programs, 3 screens) to handle calls.
Maintain a values-focused, metrics-driven environment (AHT, ASA, Hold Time, etc.).
