Job summary

Grand Circle Corporation is seeking Remote Inbound Customer Service Agents (Travel Advisor I) to support Travelers with itineraries and bookings. The role involves handling inbound calls, updating information, and guiding customers through policies across several platforms.

You will work from home with a schedule during the training and production phases, and you'll join a values-focused team that emphasizes communication, risk-taking and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a call center handling customer service calls.
• Experience in an unscripted environment.
• 1+ years working remotely.
• Hardwired internet with 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload recommended.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls to assist customers with reservations.
• Take escalated calls and deescalate in a customer-centric environment.
• Communicate product and policy details to travelers.
• Document all customer interactions and call notes in assigned programs.
• Work across multiple platforms and 3 screens efficiently.
• Align with values: open communication, teamwork and adaptability.
• Attend all team, department and company meetings via camera.
