Hopesglobalgetaways is expanding its remote guest support team. As a Guest Support Advisor, you will assist travelers in planning getaways by answering questions, researching options, and coordinating services to ensure a smooth experience.

No prior travel-industry experience is required; you will receive onboarding, access to supplier resources, and ongoing education to build confidence in the role. This position offers flexible scheduling and virtual team support.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable possibilities based on traveler priorities and requests.
• Provide clear information to help clients understand and compare options.
• Assist with coordinating services through approved supplier platforms.
• Organize reservation details, confirmations, itineraries, and documentation.
• Keep clients informed about updates, deadlines, and next steps.
• Follow up when information or decisions are needed.
• Respond to routine reservation questions and assist with modifications or special requests.
• Check traveler information and booking details for accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and arrangements.
• Continue developing destination and supplier knowledge through education.
