Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is expanding its remote guest support team and seeks friendly, service-focused individuals to assist travelers with vacation planning. You will research options, coordinate arrangements, and provide dependable support as trips approach.

This beginner-friendly role offers training and ongoing education. The position is fully remote with flexible part-time and full-time scheduling, comprehensive onboarding, and access to supplier/destination education.

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with vacation inquiries by researching preferred destinations, dates, interests, and budget; research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and packages.
• Help clients review options and coordinate requested services using approved supplier resources.
• Organize booking information, confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and pre-departure requirements.
• Provide responsive client support, communicate updates, follow up on pending items, and assist with routine reservation changes or special requests.
• Review booking details for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and participate in supplier and destination education.
