Consultwithtray is seeking a Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients from booking to post‑trip, in a fully remote role with flexible hours and comprehensive training provided from day one.

You will respond to inquiries by email, phone, and chat; handle itinerary changes and cancellations; provide guidance on travel requirements and agency policies; proactively check in with clients before travel; and resolve concerns with professionalism, aiming for excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Experience in customer support, hospitality, or tourism preferred
• Reliable, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Comfortable navigating online systems and digital booking tools
• Passionate about travel and delivering excellent service

Responsibilities
