Rudyb Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients throughout every stage of their travel journey. This remote, client-facing role emphasizes personalized service from initial booking to post-trip follow-up.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
Provide accurate information regarding destinations, requirements, and agency policies
Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries with accuracy
Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel
Address client concerns with empathy and solution-oriented thinking
Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems
