Getaway is seeking a Customer Representative to support clients from booking to return, handling inquiries, changes, and issues with a commitment to exceptional service. This role is 100% remote and part-time.

You will respond promptly via email, phone, and messaging; provide accurate travel information; and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication, travel or hospitality experience, is organized, tech‑savvy, and passionate about helping others plan
