The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can work remotely with a flexible schedule to assist clients from booking through post-trip follow-up. This client-facing role emphasizes hospitality, empathy, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role suits detail-oriented, service-driven individuals who excel at coordinating reservations, providing information, and supporting clients across inquiries and changes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, services, and policies.
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after their journeys to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and booking platforms as required.
