Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand vacation goals, preferences, schedules, and budgets.
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, packages, transportation, and local attractions.
• Create customized travel recommendations based on client needs.
• Coordinate reservations and travel services using booking platforms and supplier resources.
• Prepare and deliver itineraries, confirmations, documents, and pre-travel information.
• Assist clients with itinerary adjustments and special travel requests.
• Review travel plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Stay engaged with clients leading up to departure with updates and assistance.
• Maintain records of client interactions, reservations, and details in company systems.
• Work with preferred travel partners to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Participate in destination education, supplier training, and ongoing development.
