Job summary

Hope's Global Getaways is seeking a personable Client Relations Travel Consultant to help clients research destinations, compare options, and coordinate vacations from inquiry to confirmation. This fully remote role welcomes flexible scheduling and training is provided.

You will build client relationships, learn their preferences and budgets, and use approved booking platforms to organize reservations. No prior travel industry experience required, making this a great entry point for travel

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to research, compare, and clearly communicate different options.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, online platforms, and digital tools.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in and have legal eligibility to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or another qualifying region.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with clients and identify their vacation goals, preferences, dates, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and other vacation services.
• Compare available options and provide personalized recommendations based on client requests.
• Assist clients with coordinating selected reservations through approved booking and supplier platforms.
• Review traveler information, confirmations, payment schedules, and reservation details for accuracy.
• Maintain consistent communication and provide updates throughout the planning process.
• Respond to client questions and assist with routine reservation changes or service requests.
• Organize client records, correspondence, confirmations, and other important documentation.
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier updates, promotions, and available vacation experiences.
• Participate in continued training and team development opportunities.
