You will respond to inquiries by phone, email and messaging, assist with luxury and leisure bookings, coordinate itineraries, and ensure accuracy in documentation. The position emphasizes empathy, problem-solving and a passion for travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems and booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
