Job summary

Regal Wings is seeking a mid-level Business Development Manager for the Southeast US. The role is remote-based, home-based in Central or South Florida with about 50% travel to trade shows, host agency conferences, and advisor events.

You will build a pipeline, prospect, and sell premium airfare solutions while onboarding new advisors and growing key agency partnerships across Florida and the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in travel or a related field.
• Experience selling to travel advisors and agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of travel advisors and agencies in Florida and the Southeast.
• Prospect through host agencies, consortia, referrals, events and direct outreach.
• Sell Regal Wings’ premium airfare solutions.
• Onboard new advisors and drive early booking activity.
• Own relationships with host agencies, consortia and key agency partners.
• Develop partner plans with training, webinars, incentives and co-marketing.
• Represent Regal Wings at trade shows and events.
• Conduct meetings and client events to generate new business.
