Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to operate in a field-based role within the United States. You will engage with surgeons and healthcare professionals, acting as the trauma expert, and working in high-stakes, emergency settings.

The role emphasizes on-call nights, weekends, and holidays to support trauma cases and requires a flexible, commission-based compensation structure with travel ~30%.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales, or a combination of both.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products or services including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Ability to attend sales meetings outside regular business hours as required.
• Adherence to compliance, privacy, and ethics regulations.
