The position emphasizes a 100% commission structure with potential bonuses and benefits, and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as trauma cases arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases at night, weekends, and holidays.
• Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple priorities across scheduled cases, emergencies, inventory, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support adoption and proper utilization.
• Maintain inventory and assets to ensure product availability for case support.
• Analyze account activity and territory performance to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
• Document sales activities and compliance in line with policies and regulations.
