Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstrations, and selling techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfort working in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours.
• Compliance with AdvaMed privacy and company policies.
• Travel up to 25% as per role.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become resident trauma expert and provide product training.
• Manage inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Provide advice on products and tools used to save lives.
• Support trauma cases as on-call representative.
