Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration preferred.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications preferred.
• 4+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain with focus on dedicated fleet operations or carrier management.
• Experience managing complex projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel expectations: 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analytics of the transportation network to identify cost reductions and service improvements.
• Lead transportation-related projects from conception to completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external 3PL carriers to align on strategies.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to assess fleet performance and identify trends.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization within transportation operations.
• Proactively resolve complex transportation challenges using data-driven approaches.
