Reserv is seeking a Team Lead in claims to support a Claims manager and oversee the Commercial Transportation Claims team. The role blends leadership with hands-on claim work, driving operational efficiency and analytics-driven outcomes.

You will lead a remote team, coach staff, and ensure adherence to client expectations while advancing technology-driven processes across intake, investigation, settlement, and recovery.

Competenze

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience in multiple lines of business; trucking preferred.
• Active adjuster license required: resident state license or DHS license.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including remote management.
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for efficiency.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach a claims team within Commercial Transportation Claims.
• Oversee staff work and claim performance; balance management with hands-on claims work.
• Prepare and present claims reports, metrics, and trends to clients.
