The role balances management and individual contributor duties, with responsibility for onboarding, coaching, reporting, and client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience with BI/PD exposure.
• Experience leading a claims team, guiding performance.
• Comfort with technology to improve claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Commercial Transportation Claims team.
• Balance management with individual contributor tasks as volume dictates.
• Prepare and present claims reports and analytics to clients.
