Reserv is seeking a Bodily Injury Team Lead to support a claims manager and oversee Commercial Transportation adjusting staff. You will drive operational effectiveness, leverage technology, and deliver strong outcomes for clients and customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, claims expertise in bodily injury, and the ability to balance managerial duties with individual contributor work in a remote environment. A proactive, tech-focused mindset is valued byReserv.

Competenze

Minimum of 5 years of insurance claims experience in bodily injury and property damage.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with a preference for experience managing in a remote environment.
Comfortable with technology and the ability to evolve claims systems and processes to drive efficiency.

Mansioni

Lead and coach the Commercial Transportation claims staff to deliver operational effectiveness.
Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and analytics to clients.
Balance management duties with individual contributor responsibilities during high volume periods.
Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling across intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and recovery.
