Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Bodily Injury Team Lead to act as a working leader supporting a claims manager and overseeing the Commercial Transportation adjusting staff. The role emphasizes leadership, technology-driven processes, and analytics to drive efficiencies and performance.

You will balance management duties with individual contributor responsibilities, ensuring timely handling of claims and coaching team members. A strong focus on customer outcomes and collaboration with clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance claims experience in bodily injury and property damage.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, with preference for remote management experience.
• Active adjuster license: resident-state or DHS license; willing to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Commercial Transportation adjusting staff and support the claims manager.
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling across the lifecycle ( intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, recovery ).
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and analyses to clients and stakeholders.
